Kathmandu, 22 October: Again, the number of people infected with Covid-19 India has inclined.
A report released on Wednesday states that 14,623 people have been newly infected with the coronavirus in India in the past one day. The number was increased by 4,000 on Thursday.
According to government officials, 18,454 new infected cases have been reported in India in the last 24 hours.
In the same period, 17 thousand 516 people infected with coronavirus have been able to recover. The number of actively infected people has also increased as the number of newly infected people is less than the number of newly infected people in the same period.
The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare of India has stated that the number of actively infected people in India is one hundred 78 thousand 831.
The total number of people infected with coronavirus in India so far has reached 33.495 million, according to the ministry
A vaccination campaign against the coronavirus was launched in India on January 16. Since then, more than 100 million people have been vaccinated against coronavirus.
