Kathmandu, 15 October: Today 10.02 am is the auspicious time to receive the Dasain Tika and Tika recipients should face towards the east, according to the Panchanga Declaration Committee.
Those who are unable to catch the time declared by the Committee, can receive Tika whole the day as the entire day is auspicious, according to the Committee.
The Committee has clarified that receiving Tika until the full moon day is okay.
