Kathmandu, 24 September: Nepal recorded a total of 1,476 new cases of Covid-19 and 9 fatalities in the last 24 hours taking the country’s coronavirus caseload reached 789,872 according to the Ministry of Health and Population.
Moreover, the countrywide Covid-19 mortality toll has jumped to 11,081 while the total coronavirus recoveries has dropped to 758,504 with 1,550 discharges today. The country’s active Covid-19 case count currently is 20,287. The Kathmandu Valley recorded as many as 168 infections today while Lalitpur and Bhaktapur recorded 53 and 45 respectively.
