Kathmandu, 16 September: Nepal recorded a total of 1,760 new cases of Covid-19 and 7 fatalities in the last 24 hours taking the country’s coronavirus caseload reached 780,824 according to the Ministry of Health and Population.
Moreover, the countrywide Covid-19 mortality toll has jumped to 10,991 while the total coronavirus recoveries has dropped to 743,526 with 1,220 discharges today. The country’s active Covid-19 case count currently is 26,307. The Kathmandu Valley recorded as many as 156 infections today while Lalitpur and Bhaktapur recorded 43 and 29 respectively.
