Kathmandu, 3 September: As of Thursday evening, there has been no official communication to India relating to Darchula incident where Jay Singh Dhami, 30 of Byas Rural Municipality fell into the Mahakali river while crossing metal cable reportedly dismantled by Indian Seema Surakshya Bal(SSB) .
India will not be speaking about the Mahakali incident in Darchula since there has been no official communication from the Government of Nepal with the Indian government, said Arvindam Bagchi, spokesperson for the Ministry of External Affairs of India.
“He however, confirmed to have “heard” about the incident through media.”
