Kathmandu, 21 August: The Election Commission (EC) has summoned the two political parties that had applied for the registration of a new party recently for the verification on August 25. It has called the CPN UML (Socialist) and Loktantrik Samajwadi Party Nepal.
A group led by Madhav Kumar Nepal had formed CPN UML (Socialist) while another group led by Mahanth Thakur had applied for the registration of new party- Loktantrik Samajwadi Party.
