Kathmandu, 12 August: Nepal recorded a total of 3,481 new cases of Covid-19 and 30 fatalities on Wednesday taking the country’s coronavirus caseload 723,296, according to the Ministry of Health and Population.
Moreover, the countrywide Covid-19 mortality toll jumped to 10,180 while the total coronavirus recoveries has dropped to 675,083 with 1,885 discharges . The country’s active Covid-19 case count currently is 38,033. The Kathmandu Valley recorded as many as 663 infections today while Lalitpur and Bhaktapur recorded 192 and 109 respectively.
