Kathmandu, 7 August: Considering the increased flow of people in jab centers, the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP) has added the number of Covid-19 vaccination centres. With the instruction of State Minister for Health and Population Umesh Shrestha, the new centres have been added to address the woes of service seekers.
A total of 1,433 new vaccination centres have been added across the country taking the total number of vaccination centres to 4,422. Moreover, vaccination centres have been added in the Kathmandu Valley as well.The number has been increased to 149, after 83 centres were added. So far, 4.4 million people in Nepal have received their first dose of Covid-19 vaccine while 2.2 million have received both their doses, according to the MoHP.
