Kathmandu, 3 August:The second meeting of the ruling alliance scheduled for this afternoon is all set to finalise the common minimum programme and the government operation work procedures. Though the task force held intensive discussions this morning , it could not make headway on some issues. According to sources, preparations have been made to finalise this topic and submit it to the top leaders today itself.
The task force will prepare the common minimum programme incorporating the priorities, and the policy and programme of the coalition government and implementation of the federalism, among others. It is said the government will get its full shape within one or two days after the task force finalises the common minimum programme today.
