Kathmandu, 2 August: Nepal recorded a total of 3,125 new cases of Covid-19 and 23 fatalities in the last 24 hours taking the country’s coronavirus caseload reached 762,432, according to the Ministry of Health and Population.
Moreover, the countrywide Covid-19 mortality toll has jumped to 9,898 while the total coronavirus recoveries has dropped to 658,122 with 1,925 discharges today. The country’s active Covid-19 case count currently is 31,629. The Kathmandu Valley recorded as many as 556 infections today while Lalitpur and Bhaktapur recorded 115 and 99 respectively.
