Kathmandu, 31 July: Nepal recorded a total of 3,106 new cases of Covid-19 and 23 fatalities in the last 24 hours taking the country’s coronavirus caseload reached 695,389, according to the Ministry of Health and Population.
Moreover, the countrywide Covid-19 mortality toll has jumped to 9,857 while the total coronavirus recoveries has dropped to 654,177 with 1,916 discharges today. The country’s active Covid-19 case count currently is 31,355. The Kathmandu Valley recorded as many as 517 infections today while Lalitpur and Bhaktapur recorded 164 and 94 respectively.
