Kathmandu, 30 July: UML MP Bhim Rawal has claimed that the Millenium Challenge Corporation (MCC) has already been endorsed by the government secretly.
Addressing the Huse of Representatives on Friday, Rawal asked to present a copy of the agreement on MCC.
The MCC had to be endorsed by the House. Even before endorsement by the House, works under the project have already been started, Rawal suspected.
