Kathmandu, 27 July: Nepal recorded a total of 2,726 new cases of Covid-19 and 20 fatalities in the last 24 hours taking the country’s coronavirus caseload reached 685,673, according to the Ministry of Health and Population.
Moreover, the countrywide Covid-19 mortality toll has jumped to 9,758 while the total coronavirus recoveries has dropped to 647,079 with 1,778 discharges today. The country’s active Covid-19 case count currently is 28,836. The Kathmandu Valley recorded as many as 475 infections today while Lalitpur and Bhaktapur recorded 167 and 132 respectively.
