Kathmandu, 25 July: Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has appointed Umesh Shrestha as the State Minister for Health.
Shrestha, NC MP, is the founding principal of the Little Angles English School, Lalitpur.
The entire cabinet expansion process has been delayed due to the indecision of the political parties partnered with the government. As many candidates are willing to become the minister, the political parties in the government alliance have not been able to recommend the name for the minister.
