Kathmandu, 23 July: Netra Bikram Chand Biplav, general secretary of the Nepal Communist Party held a meeting with Rastriya Prajatantra Party chairman Kamal Thapa at the latter’s residence in Budhanilkantha this morning.
During the meeting, both the leaders reached the conclusion that the present political system has been failed and opined for organizing a referendum for resolving the disputed issues.
Biplav opined that the present system is unable to give a political outlet. Therefore, he opined for a referendum on disputed issues.
Meanwhile, Thapa remarked for seeking a system where the institution of monarchy to Biplav can be accommodated.
