Kathmandu, 22 July: Nepal has registered 2,714 new cases of Covid-19 and 24 deaths in the past 24 hours. The Ministry said 9,122 samples were tested through the PCR method while 3,707 samples were through the antigen method.
According to the Ministry of Health and Population, 724 thousand 455 individuals are found infected by the deadly virus and 9,637 have died of the infection till date. Similarly, 636 thousand 402 infected persons have recovered.The Kathmandu Valley currently has 7,912 active cases including Kathmandu, Lalitpur and Bhaktapur district.
