Kathmandu, 12 July: The Supreme Court (SC) has overturned the decision of President Bidhya Devi Bhandari to dissolve the House of Representatives(HoR) on the recommendation of the Cabinet led by Khadga Oli. A five-member Constitutional Bench issued an order for the restoration of HoR and appointment of Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba as Prime Minister.
