Kathmandu, 12 July: The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) Sunday filed a case against Shiva Bahadur Gurung, chief administrative officer, Ganga Bahadur Ghale, accountant and Sujan Amgain, engineer of Barpak Sulikot Rural Municipality, for their involvement in corruption.
The CIAA said that Gurung, Ghale and Amgain misused Rs. 368,420 while constructing Jhakrichowk- Dharapani-Deurali-Bahakot road section in Gorkha.
