Kathmandu, 8 July: The Election Commission (EC) has constituted a five-member bench to resolve the dispute of Janata Samajbadi Party Nepal. The bench is led by Chief Election Commissioner Dinesh Kumar Thapaliya. The EC has decided to invite both the warring factions of the party for a discussion on July 18. Both the factions have been claiming official ownership over the party.
