Kathmandu, 5 July: The counter-arguments over the dissolution of the House of Representatives (HoR) on behalf of Plaintiffs, and defendants before the reconstituted Constitutional Bench led by Chief Justice Cholendra Shumsher JB Rana and Justices Dilip Kumar Karki, Meera Khadka, Ishwor Prasad Khatiwada and Aananda Mohan Bhattarai has concluded today.
The Amicus Curiae consisting of senior advocates Raghav Lal Baidya and Usha Malla from Nepal Bar Association and senior advocate duo Komal Prasad Ghimire and Prakash Bahadur KC from Supreme Bar Association will now will put forth their opinions on the issues impartially in a bid to assist the court in the fair decision-making process.
