Kathmandu, 3 July: Nepal recorded 2,328 new cases of Covid- 19 the past 24 hours taking the national caseload to 6,43, 580, according to the Ministry of Health and Population.
Moreover, 3,066 people have recovered from infection while 19 deaths have been reported in the same time frame. With the latest addition, the death count has reached 9,198. As of Saturday afternoon, 6,06,666 people have recovered. Nepal currently has 27,716 active cases. There are 5,051 active cases in Kathmandu, 1,210 in Bhaktapur, and 1,694 in Lalitpur.
