Kathmandu, 17 May: Four dismissed leaders representing Janata Samajbadi Party Nepal (JSPN) in Lumbini Province have filed a writ petition at the Supreme Court (SC)against the party’s decision to suspend them from the position of lawmakers and the general members of the party.
Bijaya Bahadur Yadav, Santosh Pandey, Suman Sharma and Kalpana Pandey have filed a writ petition at the SC demanding immediate suspension of the decision to remove them from the party and their position as provincial assembly members.
