Kathmandu, 16 May: The meeting between Prime Minister and chairman of the ruling UML party and party’s senior leader Madhav Nepal held today has constituted a 10-member task force to pave the way in ending the disputes in the party.
The dissident group in UML is demanding to return the party to the position of 16 May 2018. To find ways to return to the previous position, the two leaders have constituted the task force.
The task force is comprised of five leaders from the Oli faction and five from the Nepal faction.
Subhas Nembang, Bishnu Poudel, Pradeep Gyawali, Shankar Pokhrel and Bishnu Rimal are representing the Oli camp, whereas, Bhim Rawal, Ghanashyam Bhushal, Gokarna Bista, Surendra Pande and Raghujee Pant are representing the Nepal camp.
The task force is led by Bhim Rawal.
Madhav Nepal is of the view of finding the solution in three days. However, he said to the press that it may take some more days to complete the work assigned for the task force.
