Kathmandu, 15 May: President of the Nepali Congress, Sher Bahadur Deuba, has appealed to the friendly countries and international community to lend necessary supports for Nepal during the difficult situation created by Covid-19 infection.
President Deuba asked the government to establish oxygen plants and PCR test labs in all the districts as well as make arrangement for oxygen supplies, ICU beds and medicines including vaccine considering the difficult situation that might occur in coming days. Issuing a press statement, he has accused the government of not being serious at a time when the country was reeling under crisis of oxygen, ICU beds, ventilators and medicine at hospitals amid the rapid surge of Covid-19.
