Kathmandu, 12 May: Nepal recorded a total of 9,305 new Covid-19 cases and 168 fatalities on Wednesday. With the latest addition, the country’s death toll has reached 4,252 and the number of infected people stands at 4,22,349.
According to the Ministry of Health and Population, a total of 4,444 people recovered from the deadly virus on Wednesday taking the total recoveries to 316,463. On Wednesday 3,250 persons in Kathmandu, 448 in Lalitpur and 226 in Bhaktapur were detected Covid-19 positive.
