Kathmandu, 4 May: At least five people are reported have been killed and five others injured in a jeep mishap that occurred nt at Pancheshwor Rural Municipality in Baitadi, today.
The jeep met with the accident near the Ganameshwor Temple at Rodidewal as it was heading towards the District Hospital, carrying mortal remains of Pancheshwor-6 ward member Govinda Singh Bhandari, according to Baitadi District Police Office. The ward chair was killed after being struck by a lightning on Monday night.
