Kathmandu, 1 May: Janata Samajbadi Party chairman Mahantha Thakur and senior leader Rajendra Mahato have alleged that Upendra Yadav and Baburam Bhattarai have taken action against four province council members of the Lumbini Province by producing a fake document.
Thakur has claimed that there were no executive committee meetings on 19 and 27 April.
Thakur and Mahato have alleged that the signatures of the executive committee members collected for another purpose and some fake signatures were used on the decision related to action against four members.
The Yadav faction had suspended four province council members of the Lumbini Province by showing the decision of the majority members of the executive committee.
Thakur and Mahato have reached the Election Commission to inform them about the fake meeting of the executive committee of the JSP.
There has been seen two factions in the party on the issue of supporting the Oli led government. Thakur and Mahato want to support the Oli led government, whereas, Yadav and Bhattarai want to form an alternative government in collaboration with the Nepali Congress and Maoist Center.
Observers say that on the issue of formation of the government, the party is likely to split.
