Kathmandu, 27 April: The Nepali Congress (NC) and Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist Centre) have agreed to file a no-confidence motion against incumbent government led by Khadga Oli along with Millennium Challenge Corporation(MCC), American grant of 500 million US dollars.
NC-MC are preparing to file a no-confidence motion at the parliament secretariat after president Deuba and MC president Pushpa Kamal Dahal agreed to first register a no confidence motion followed by expediting process of MCC endorsement from the federal parliament, according to reports. Earlier the MC had denied to take forward the MCC proposal citing it was against Nepal’s national interest.
