Kathmandu, 26 April: The Supreme Court has denied to issue an interim order to abort CPN-UM Chair Khadga Oli from taking action against members of the House of Representatives (HoR) close to Madhav Kumar Nepal- JN Khanal led faction.
A single bench of Justice Prakash Kumar Dhungana rejected to issue the interim order as demanded by the petitioners arguing that there was no need to issue the order as the CPN- UML Chair and party’s parliamentary leader Oli had not yet taken action against them.
