Kathmandu, 23 April: Chairman of the ruling CPN-UML Khadga Oli has formed a 19-member Standing Committee excluding leaders close to Madhav Kumar Nepal and Jhala Nath Khanal.
A meeting of the CPN (UML) tenth General Convention Organising Committee decided to this effect, according to media reports. Oli has included Ram Bahadur Thapa, Top Bahadur Rayamajhi, Lekh Raj Bhatta and Mani Thapa from erstwhile Maoist-Centre, among others. Oli has also entrusted responsibility to 265 members of the General Convention Organizing Committee.
