Kathmandu, 22 April: After months of hostility between CPN-UML Chair Khadga Oli and senior leader Madhav Kumar Nepal, the duo have held one-on-one dialogue at the Nagpokhari -based Hotel Marriott on Wednesday evening.
They did not speak to the media persons following the meeting but the two leaders are reported to have held serious deliberations on ways to manage the internal strife in the party. This is the first time that they sat for a dialogue after the dissolution of the House of Representatives last December. Chief Minister of Gandaki Province Prithvi Subba Gurung, former minister Yogesh Kumar Bhattarai and Oli’s Financial Advisor Moti Dugad arranged the meeting between Oli and Nepal to put an end to the differences in the ruling CPN-UML, according to media reports.
