Kathmandu, 22 April: The disgruntled faction of ruling CPN-UML led by Madhav Kumar Nepal and Jhal Nath Khanal has filed a writ petition against party Chair Khadga Oli at the Supreme Court.
The Nepal-Khanal faction has demanded revocation of unilateral March 12 decision of Oli , intra-party instruction issued on the basis of that decision, the action taken and to be taken against them, amendment of party statute, division of responsibilities, among others, according to the petition. The writ petition will be heard on Sunday, it is learnt.
