Kathmandu,20 April: The main opposition party, Nepali Congress has expressed its reservation to the sudden ending of the ongoing session of the House of Representatives (HoR). The NC Central Working Committee (CWC) meeting held on Monday concluded that it was against democratic norms and values to shy away from the parliament. The HoR meeting scheduled for today was set to discuss some pertinent issues.

The CWC also designated April 28 as the deadline for renewal of active member and entry of the new active members. The district reports on active membership renewal and distribution has to be submitted to the party’s central office by April 30.
