Kathmandu, 19 April: Tourists would be taken around a tour of heritage sites in Patan via five routes of Lalitpur, namely Pulchowk, Balkumari, Mahabouddha, Lagankhel and Patandhoka, the Lalitpur Metropolitan City stated.
This initiative was launched with Lalitpur Mayor Chiribabu Maharjan, Ambassador of Finland to Nepal, Pertti Anttinen, Sri Lankan ambassador to Nepal, Himalee Arunatilaka, senior director at the Nepal Tourism Board (NTB), Hikmat Singh Ayer, president of Lalitpur Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Manoj Bahadur Nyachhyon, among others taking a heritage walk.They went on a heritage walk of Shreebahal, Nabahal, Purnachandi, Mangalbazaar and other areas in Patan on the occasion.
