Kathmandu, 9 April: Nepal continues to witness resurgence of Covid-19 cases every other day. On Friday the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP) has confirmed 288 fresh cases of corona virus infection across the country in the past 24 hours. With the latest addition, the number of infected persons has reached 279,388.
The Bagmati province recorded 148 infection cases, according to the MoHP. Today 127 corona virus patients were discharged from various health institutions across the country following recovery. With this, the total number of recoveries stands at 273,735. As of today, there are 2,615 active cases of infection across the country.
