Kathmandu, 4 April: Nepal continues to witness resurgence of Covid-19 cases every other day. On Sunday the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP) has confirmed 176 fresh cases of corona virus infection across the country in the past 24 hours. With the latest addition, the number of infected persons has reached 277,944.
The Bagmati province recorded 110 infection cases, according to the MoHP. Today 117 corona virus patients were discharged from various health institutions across the country following recovery. With this, the total number of recoveries stands at 273,240. As of today, there are 1,672 active cases of infection across the country.
