Kathmandu, 2 April: Garbage pile up in Kathmandu for the past one week as waste collection in the Metropolitan City has been disrupted as Sisdole residents have barred trucks from ferrying it. The series of talks with the representatives of Sisdole and officials of Kathmandu Metropolitan City(KMC) have failed to reach a consensus as their demands are unacceptable.
The KMc has requested the residents of Sisdole to allow some time for dumping of garbage until alternative arrangements are made. It has also praised to fulfill their coherent demands,
