Kathmandu, 26 March: Four CPN-UML leaders including Madhav Kumar Nepal have responded to the clarification sought by the party.
Leaders Nepal, Bhim Bahadur Rawal, Surendra Pandey and Ghanashyam Bhusal have submitted their clarification today, said the party office secretary Iswari Rijal. Accusing them of working against the party, the party’s central committee meeting on March 20 had decided to seek clarification from the four leaders. The letter seeking their clarification was sent to them by party general secretary Ishwar Pokharel on March 21, with a week’s deadline. It may be noted that following the reinstatement of the UML by the Supreme Court, leader Nepal has been running parallel activities, in protest the decision of party chair to make appointments unilaterally.
