Indian “Nepal expert” and unofficial South Black spokesman S.D Muni was recently in Kathmandu, this time ostensibly to attend a seminar organized by POLSAN, the Political Science Association of Nepal chaired by Prof Lok Raj Baral of the Baral Commission (on Tanakpur) notoriety. The South Block-supported “Nepal expert” who hand predicted that time Nepali Congress would win the parliamentary polls has, this time around, taken a blast at time constitutional monarch in a piece in the Indian establishment daily, The Times of India.
