Kathmandu, 22 March: A meeting of the Ram chandra Poudel faction of Nepali Congress (NC) has decided to pressure party president Sher Bhadur Deuba to act promptly to unseat Prime Minister Khadga Oli. Earlier, a meeting of the office bearers’ had also decided to back Deuba to lead the government but he has remained reluctant.
Meanwhile, the party has called a meeting of its sitting and former office-bearers for today to discuss the latest political development in the country including exerting pressure on the party leadership to discuss with other political parties to bring a no-confidence motion against Oli.
