Kathmandu, 20 March: The ruling CPN-UML’s Parliamentary Party (PP) meeting held at the Prime Minister’s official residence in Baluwatar this afternoon has decided to seek clarification form five leaders of the disgruntled group for promoting factionalism including senior leader Madhav Kumar Nepal.
The PP decided to take disciplinary action against Bhim Bahadur Rawal, Surendra Pandey, Ghanshyam Bhusal and Ram Kumari Jhakri for breaching party code of conduct and promoting factionalism. The Parliamentary Party Board has been directed to seek clarification, according to Bishal Bhattarai, the Chief Whip of the party.
