Kathmandu, 19 March: The National cadres’ gathering of Communist Party of Nepal (UML) faction led by Madhav Kumar Nepal and Jhalanath Khanal has concluded issuing a 17-point proposal.
The two-day gathering has termed that the amendment of party statute, nomination of central committee members and changes in responsibility of the leaders as invalid and unauthentic, as it was made breaching the party statute. The cadres’ assembly further has demanded to call the party standing, politburo and central committee meeting scarping March 12 decision adopted by without the presence of Nepal-Khanal faction.
