
Kathmandu, 19 March: As per the commitment of the Indian Government, four newly reconstructed school buildings in Nuwakot have been handed over to the local authorities today.
Kalika, Pimaltar, Panchalinge and Saraswoti Secondary School buildings were handed over to them in presence of representatives from Central Level Project Implementation Unit (Education), District Level Project Implementation Unit (Nuwakot), Kakani Rural Municipality, Dupcheshower Rural Municipality, Tarkeshower Rural Municipality, Kispang Rural Municipality and other stakeholders. The four schools were reconstructed at a cost of NRs. 167 million according to earthquake-resilient reconstruction norms of Government of Nepal.
