BJP in Nepal and Sri Lanka?

BABBLES

By Babbler

Biplab Deb, Tripura chief minister in India has claimed that BJP leader Amit Shah had shared his intentions of expanding BJP to neighbouring countries the party is aiming to expand in Nepal and Sri Lanka and form a BJP government!

Is BJP planning to open its branch in Nepal, otherwise, they have strong reach in the Nepal Communist Party, Nepali Congress, Janata Samajbadi Dal, among others!

Freedom of speech, corruption, and loktantra

Whether we like the act of President Bidya Devi Bhandari or not, it is a different topic. However, we don’t accept the word used by NCP Dahal-Nepal faction’s leader Ramkumari Jhakri. How will Jhakri react if similar blame is hatched on her? And, by listening Jhakri’s reaction, Dahal and Nepal were nodding their head in support of Jhakri. Are Dahal and Nepal ready to face similar blame on their wives? Please mind your language!

Jhakri, in an interview, in an attempt to protect her leaders Dahal and Nepal, said that she will show them who will arrest her chairmen duo on the charge of corruption!

Of course, in a democracy, transparency and good governance are the important organs and if a leader is involved in corruption, he will never get a clean chit. Perhaps, we are talking about this “loktantra” and thus, those corrupt leaders are above the law!

Mass meeting or cash meeting?

Both the NCP factions are in the competition of organising mass meetings all over the country. The aim of both the factions is to demonstrate the larger crowd. Therefore, both the factions are transporting people from nearby districts to show a larger gathering of the people. As the organizers are paying cash to the participants, the mass meetings are also known as cash meeting!

Millions of rupees are being spent to organize one mass meeting. If the amount was spent to provide blankets to the needy people in Tarai suffering from cold wave, we could save many suffers.

Yesterday, they were unable to see

A nation can’t be healthy when the state organs remain infected. The four ex-chief justices are facing a case on contempt of court following the issuance of a statement against the case under the Court’s consideration. We know, ex-CJ Kalyan Shrestha is known to be a justice who invited western INGOs to the Court. We know more about Anupraj Sharma and Sushila Karki, who are more than the political activists. They replied to the Court on Monday, said, “We cannot watch violation of the Constitution!”.

They were the justices in the SC when a sitting justice had become the chairman of the council of ministers. Can they say, in which constitution such a provision has been mentioned?

That “people’s war” which made my mother a single woman; my elder brother was compelled to go to the gulf country; my sister had to takeover householding works; me, just 7 years, had to go to the child shelter. Still, we are waiting for disappeared father’s life or a dead body. How can I feel the glory of the day!
