Reversing its previous stand, Nepali Congress nominated five MPs to the National Development Council (NDC) last week. NC belatedly announced the five names — Mahesh Acharya, Dr Gangadhar Lamsal, Duryodhan Singh, Bhim Prasad Shrestha and Bhakta Bahadur Balayar representing the eastern, central, western mid-western and far western regions respectively.
