Kathmandu, 26 November: Nepal Communist Party (NCP) leader Madhav Kumar Nepal has said that all problems could be resolved if they were addressed as per the party’s statute, policy and ideology.
Speaking at a function held in Parsa on Wednesday, he said nobody could weaken the NCP that was established among the people through huge sacrifice and dedication.
In a different note, he said that a system of evaluating the performance of civil servants based on merit should be developed in order to do away with anomalies in the transfer and promotion.
