Kathmandu, 24 November: Joint General Secretary of the Nepali Congress(NC), Prakash Sharan Mahat, has clarified that the meeting between Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli and NC President Sher Bahadur Deuba was not held over the issue of power sharing.
Talking to media persons NC leader Mahat said that the NC was not in favour of power sharing, adding that there was no necessity of it in present circumstance.
Meanwhile, the main opposition Nepali Congress leader and former Deputy Prime Minister Prakash Man Singh has stated that the NC will continue to remain in opposition in the Parliament.
