Kathmandu,23 November: A legal arrangement of six months to three years in jail and Rs 30,000 in fine has been made against those brokering to settle the rape cases.
A meeting of the Council of Ministers held on Sunday approved the ordinance designed to amend some acts against sexual violence and recommended it before the President. The new arrangements in the ordinance have been made to discourage the rape case and book the individuals trying to broker to settle such crime, according to media reports.
