Kathmandu, 6 November: The party Secretariat meeting of the Nepal Communist Party called by party’s co-chairman Pushpakamal Dahal Prachanda this afternoon at the Party Headquarters in Dhumbaharai was attended by only five members out of the 9-member Secretariat.
Oli closed Secretariat members didn’t attend today’s meeting. Also, Home Minister Rambahadur Thapa was absent at the meeting.
Jhalanath Khanal, Madhab Nepal, vice chairman Bamdev Gautam and party’s spokesman Narayankaji Shrestha were present at the meeting chaired by Prachanda.
Party’s general secretary Bishnu Poudel, secretariat member Ishwor Pokhrel, known to be Oli’s men, didn’t attend the meeting.
