Kathmandu, 8 October: The country has witnessed a huge surge of Covid-19 infection with 4,634 new cases of infection cases on Thursday that has added active caseload to 26,684 so far. The total number of infections across the country has reached 98,617.
The Kathmandu Valley recorded 2,540 infection cases, according to the Ministry of Health and Population.Today 2,675 corona virus patients were discharged from various health institutions across the country following recovery. With this, the total number of recoveries stands at 71,343.
